Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Should the Company not be obligated to correct, or suspend use of, information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations, the preceding paragraphs shall not apply.
Article 7 (Amendment of this Privacy Policy)
The Company may change the contents of the Policy without notifying the user.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the amended privacy policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this website.
